  I was very impressed, I must say. Having been met on the forecourt by someone who knew straight away my name, he took me to the desk where his colleague explained very clearly what they would be doing, how long it was likely to take & then offered some extras, for free, which would benefit the day to day running of my car as it linked to my phone (I'm not very technical-the guy explained it so even I could understand!). He didn't make me feel obliged, & even asked if I would like the car washing (for free, I must add). He then told me I could help myself to free tea, coffee & wifi so I was a very happy bunny. I would absolutely take my car there again.

  What a piece of work Chaz Beale, the After Sales Manager is. He was unhelpful and evasive and had a poor attitude towards our concerns. Because I repeatedly challenged him, he banned me from the premises and told me that Arthur Prince no longer wanted our business, either in Sales or in Service. When challenged he said that this decision was supported by the Brand Manager and The Owners. I asked him to put that in writing and I am still waiting for this to happen. A pity as we have four VW cars in our extended family. A loose canon within what we have always thought of as a great dealership. Very disappointed. #Unapproachable After Sales Manager Interesting that he also finds himself putting his own review on here!
