- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-04-15, by Rachel MuddimerVery poor customer service from incredibly rude staff, I went to the bike parts section and there were no staff in sight, having gone over to the main cash desk and waited around for 10 minutes someone arrived at the desk. I asked for what I wanted and the guy said 'we are showing 5 in stock, but we can't find them, they might be upstairs.' I said the website says they are in stock' he replied 'that's the website for you, we've probably used them for repairs, so tough' Wow, what a great ambassador for Halfords.
