  Came into store today with my partner browsing glasses. I have had my prescription for a number of months and have been having difficulty finding some specs to suit. The service was really bad. Nothing like I have experienced in other specsavers. It wasn't busy, staff were chatting and at times looking over to see what we were doing, as I was trying on a lot of glasses as none were suiting me. We were in there for possibly 15 minutes and not one person came over, they were aware of us, I was wearing a bright red coat, hardly missable. In other stores staff fall over themselves to help and in here, it was really bad. So much so we left. I didn't ask for help as I felt I didn't need to as staff usually ask 'are you okay?' not eyeball you as if you're going to walk out with a pair of specs in your pocket. Very in impressed.
